Real-time Blackhole Lists (RBLs) are published lists of e-mail addresses that are linked to spamming. We check all messages received at our servers to determine if they have been sent from a blacklisted server. If so, the message is bounced or returned to sender.

Level 2: Greylisting & Access Lists

We also offer greylisting, which is a second layer of spam prevention that you control. Greylisting, along with whitelisting and blacklisting, uses access lists to handle the delivery of mail on a domain level. Whitelisted senders are recognized or allowed, blacklist senders will always be blocked, and greylisted senders are unrecognized.
